Salon was very dirty - dust and hair everywhere, hair on the tools so clearly they hadn’t been sterilised or cleaned between appointments - the receptionist completely ignored me when I came in, I wasn’t offered any water despite it being really hot outside, my haircut was so noticeably uneven that I had to book another appointment at another salon to correct it.

Don’t like my hair. They didn’t show me the back or sides. The level between left and right wasn’t checked. Unfortunately only found out when I went home it wasn’t done properly. Getting someone on the phone isn’t easy so fixing it somewhere else
