I arrived for my appointment on time, as always, and the stylist I had booked was not there. The reception staff only offered unrealistic options, such as traveling to Victoria to visit another salon without showing any empathy for the situation. The funny thing is that when it comes to client cancellations, they are very rigid and make no exceptions if something comes up and a client needs to reschedule. This salon really needs to work on its operational policies
