I came here twice during my trip to London for blowdry. Both experience were great in terms of service. On my second visit I ended up waiting an hour before my service even started because they didn't have a key to get the door open that worked? Seems like an easy enough issue to fix, but it does need addressing. Whoever is opening the salon should have a key that works! I did wait and they mentioned a discount, but I don't think that was applied since I paid in advance...
