Thought about whether to post this as the stylist was really sweet but my experience wasn’t great. Arrived at 5:30 for a 3.5h appointment - ended up at the salon until 11:45. Downstairs area is so dirty. Highlights were on my head for over 3 hours and my scalp is really damaged. Way more cool toned than I’d asked for, not as blonde either - my flatmate & bf didn’t even notice I’d had it done - cost £240 and took 6 hours. Won’t be returning :/
