Jatin was great and gave my daughter a great cut. The issue was customer service at reception. I had to give my daughter my appointment as her appointment was cancelled approximately an hr before her appointment time, and after we’d travelled via the underground to Soho! It was bked through Treatwell at a discount and were told by the receptionist this meant we needed to be flexible with date/time even when bked!! Treatwell doesn’t make that clear when bking and it’s a poor show for clients!

Great treatment, my stylist changed but the result is nice. I asked for a head framing when doing the balayage to have some highlights in the front which are not there unfortunately, that is the only thing I was not happy about, the rest was good.
