The result was good, however I got charged twice for toner (during booking, and after the treatment). I don’t like it when hairdressers do this, as it feels dishonest.

Booking was easy and staff are nice but unfortunately I didn't have a good outcome with my hair so left pretty disappointed. I've been to the salon before with no issue but on this occasion left with brassy, patchy hair.
