I got delayed by trains so I had to find an alternative route. I kept them informed by phone but Sofia called and said i must pay £15 extra if I wanted a blow dry. This was apparently due to having to reschedule her next appointment but I looked online and there were lots of appts available. I have had so many blow-dries from this salon and I have always been accommodating when they have asked to change the time, sometimes by a number of hours. Also she only used a small towel & my dress is wet
