I booked a Full Head Balayage with Blowdry and Toner with Joanna and it was a very disappointing experience.
I clearly asked for a cool, ashy balayage and showed two reference photos, but the result was very warm with obvious orange/copper tones. When I raised this immediately, my concerns were dismissed and I was told this was what I had asked for, which was simply not true.
When I asked for it to be toned cooler, I was told I would be charged extra for additional toner.

I had such a lovely experience with Sophia. She did my balayage, cut and blowdry, along with an Olaplex treatment, and I’m honestly so happy with the result. The colour is beautifully blended and looks so natural, and my hair feels incredibly soft and healthy. She really took the time to understand what I wanted. Sophia is warm, talented, and made me feel so comfortable and looked after throughout the whole appointment.Highlight recommend her .x
