Nilmi was my stylist instead and she was incredibly sweet and made me feel like I could trust her with my hair completely. She made sure to talk me through the process to manage my expectations and give me tips (it never comes out exactly like the inspiration photos but it sure came close!). Left with super soft, healthy-looking hair, feeling much better about myself. :)

My appointment wasn’t originally booked with Melissa but the stylist I booked with wasn’t well, the salon called to check if I’d be okay seeing someone else which I appreciated. Melissa was lovely and took a lot of care with my haircut, the end result isn’t the best haircut I’d ever had but I’m happy enough with it. Would go back to the salon.
