Joana has a great, sociable personality and she was very nice in providing recommendations and suggestions on which products to choose from during the treatment. Joana knew what style suited my face and adapted the cut so that it worked better for me. The blow-dry was exactly how I wanted it. She also didn't try to flog me extra treatments I didn't want which others have tried
