I usually go to Soho Live True. Usually satisfied with the service. This time was awful experience. Wash/blowdry was done by VERA-her approach is v aggressive. My hair was brushed so badly and caused a pain. The hairdryer heather burned my scalp.

unfortunately a bad experience with Chris who was confused about the treatment I had booked and then complained about it to other members of staff in front of me. i decided to leave as he made me very uncomfortable. will try again with someone else
