My stylist wasn’t available at the time I booked for and was hastily rearranged with someone else who suddenly informed me there are extra charges applicable at their discretion which is not a policy mentioned anywhere when booking. Poor customer service and overall bad vibes from this salon they just want you in and out no care or passion put into the service just a patronising attitude of average quality.
