Appointment delayed at their request by by 1 hour. Still had to wait another 20 minutes once I got there. Could not book cut on treatwell app as only offered me different day. No money piece when I specifically asked for it. On day, I asked for a trim of half inch all round and no styling. Asked to pay when I got there and they said do it at the end. Know why now. Basically charged me £74 for a trim, which they call cut and blow dry. Shocking rip off. Wont ever go back there.
