I came in for a balayage and a cut, and from the very start, Ismail was fantastic. He took his time during the consultation to really listen, understand what I wanted, and offered thoughtful suggestions on what would flatter my features best. I’d originally come in for highlights but he suggested balayage would work better with my naturally darker blonde hair. I’m so glad I listened!
The colour turned out beautifully. It was bright, natural, and perfectly blended.

Be prepared to pay extras on top for additional toner and root shadow. Ismail did my balayage but overall I felt like I needed to give a lot of direction. I didn’t get a good blow out at the end, I could tell that J was the last client of the day and I dont think I got the best experience as a client.
