Excellent service by Daisy. Since the hairdresser I used to visit emigrated I've found it difficult to find a new one that's able to turn my hair blonde without it turning grey or lilac due to the toner. Daisy was meticulous! My hair was impeccable.

Discrimination Based on Booking Platform: I was told that since I booked via Treatwell, no compensation or alternative could be offered. This suggests that clients booking through third-party platforms are valued less, which is unacceptable.
Discounted Booking Misconception: It was mentioned that the time I chose was already discounted, insinuating that this justified the poor service. The discounted rate should not correlate with a diminished quality of service or respect
