Jatin was lovely however my colour ended up being about £300 and the consultation of what I wanted wasn’t great. The salon was also pretty dirty. Hate to moan but the back half of my head highlights isnt done properly either, stripes highlights.

£192 extra charge!!! Paid on Treatwell (£154) for a full head balayage, toner and blow dry. Arrived in person, my stylist was not in and I had Jatin. He asked me for an extra 192! For two more toners (making 3 total), a root melt, olaplex (which I never asked for) and extra £20 for having long hair. Yes my hair is long and thick and an extra £60 would’ve made sense but I felt extremely shocked. I paid an extra 104£ and got T highlights in the end. EXTORSION.
