I arrived for my appointment (with wet hair) only to be told that I could not be seen as they were fully booked and there was a problem with their and Treatwells booking system. I had booked this appointment last minute and therefore did not see that they had called me to notify me of this issue as I was driving there. I was eventually (after complaining) offered a later slot a few hours later which I accepted- I had wet hair and an event to go to later that evening! The haircut was good however the whole experience was dampened by the initial experience.

Hairdresser very friendly. Receptionists not so....did get the usual 5* service. No offer of a drink, taking coats, shown to a waiting area. Maybe it was an off day as I've always had fab experiences here so will go back.
