Disappointing experience at Live True Clapham.I couldn’t get the treatment due to a colour test.They offered to cancel, but it never happened and I didn’t get my money back.If I’d known, I’d have at least done the cut and blow-dry. Poor comunication.

It took multiple attempts to actually have my appointment for a root tint, after a couple of reschedules and issues at the salon (both times this wasn’t communicated until I’d travelled all the way there). Finally managed to have the appointment and left with bright ginger roots, despite having asked for a colour match to the rest of my hair (blonde/brown). All a bit baffling tbh - I’d have complained, but couldn’t face the inevitable faff of trying to schedule an appointment to get it fixed…
