The guy I went with was nice but I went for a discount package of £80, ended up paying £190 and tried to contact the salon 3 days later as the colour was so much darker than I wanted / showed images of but I never heard back from them which is very disappointing. It meant I had to spend a further £100 at another salon, just to get it to the colour I wanted / had asked for.
