I’ve been getting my hair coloured for 15 years and this is the worst experience I’ve had. I was seen by Sorin who is extremely heavy handed, physically banging my head up and down on the sink. Sorin blatantly disregarded my requests and mixed a colour completely different to what we picked out. My hairs a good inch shorter on one side. He was clearly in a rush even though we had 1.5 hours left of my appointment as he left straight after. Have contacted customer service and no response.
