I had a lovely cut but I was waiting 14 minutes to be washed and talked to, even though I was early. There were 4 ladies around the till talking and having fun while I was just there waiting, I was under time pressure while working from home and also felt quite neglected. Although my cut was nice I really felt quite let down by the overall customer service.

John was EXCELLENT!!! He knew exactly what my hair needed and consulted me throughout. He was friendly and I really enjoyed my experience at live true.

Loved Yonny he was amazing! Hair looks good - still deciding about the colour, but i do like it... My one negative was that the receptionist over charged me by £40 and it was only the next day when I thought to look at the receipt I saw this. Please make sure you double check your receipt! Otherwise, awesome salon - awesome stylist (Yonny!) truly great!
