I normally like this salon but was disappointed this time around. My stylist was such a lovely person but didn’t put enough blonde in. I left feeling as though my hair was the same as when I went in! Also, I was left sitting around for a long time and the assistant who washed my hair didn’t put conditioner in. It wasn’t great and it wasn’t a relaxing experience.
Balayage
My hairdresser, Paula, was fantastic! She gave me brilliant advise, was super friendly and did an amazing job on my balayage.
The only drawbacks are firstly, it took ages. Partly because hair dye takes a while but also partly because she was seeing other clients at the same time. You really need to be prepared to give up 3 hours and that's without a haircut. Secondly, and this is my main issue, I got charged an extra £30 for toner on top of what I already paid for the balayage. When booking, Treadwell do advise there MAY be an additional £15 charge for toner. However the salon charge a minimum of £30 for toner and what they mean is that you'll definitely have to pay for toner if you want any colour other than bleach. So really they should just add it to the price of the balayage because most if not all will need toner so it's quite misleading.
Apart from that, I'm pleased with my hair and have had lots of compliments about it so it was a really good job.

Tatiana is amazing, I always go to her to get my hair cut. She is extremely talented and you are in good hands with her, I've been coming here for years now I couldn't recommend her and the place further
