Booked a Senior Hairstylist and paid in advance, but on the spot all Senior staff was busy so I was given a trainee and a complimentary hair treatment. The stylist was very polite and professional, happy with the work.

I went there for a simple blow dry. I wasn't very impressed. My stylist didn't brush my hair during the washing and when he did it later, the brushes were full of someone else's hair, and this wasn't very nice. I had to do the hair line by myself. Paid too much for the service I received.
