Usually have a great experience here. The hairdresser I use is absolutely lovely and very good at what he does, but this time I think he left the toner on my hair too long as it came out looking ashy/purple/grey where it was bright white before! Was very disappointed but he assured me it’d come out in a few washes, so we’ll see. Even so I’ll have to spend more money on a clarifying shampoo to get rid of it... I’ll still go back as the root touch up was very thorough and the atmosphere in there is really great, but I will be extremely careful with toning my hair from now on!

I really love my new hair cut. Ludovic did a excellent job. If you want a pop and straight fringe he knows what he is doing. Will come back again. Great value as well.
