Won’t go back as i was overcharged. It states in treatwell app that the additional cost for 1 toner is £15, but i was charged £30 (when I visited the same salon for the same treatment previously, and had longer hair, they only charged £15). If the price has now doubled then I would expect this to be properly communicated but it isn’t so very misleading. The balayage itself was ok.

The actual blow dry with Paula was very good. Unfortunately the hair wash was awful, and it literally felt like my hair was half washed.
I would recommend that someone should greet people as they walk into the salon; especially as the reception desk is quite far from the entrance.
