To start off with they were running 30 minutes late, which was annnoying and rather unprofessional. No one told me how long they’d be or when I’d be seen. I asked for balayage. What I received was very far from it- yet I was still charged the full amount. I showed pictures of what I wanted and I did not get that. Awful experience- extremely dissatisfied. I’ve since had to get it done at another salon- who actually gave me balayage. Wasted so much time and money here- avoid.
