I had a great experience with Paula she was attentive and really listened to what I wanted and talked everything through with me. I would definitely recommend Paula. I am mostly happy with the colour although it's not quite what I was expecting. Not sure if this is Treatwell's fault or the salon but I prepaid for the balayage treatment but at the salon I had to pay an additional £60 for toner and blow dry. Well the toner is part of the treatment you can't really do it without so this should be included in the price. Treatwell has a note saying you may be charged £15 for toner by the salon but it's actually £30 and £32 for a blow dry, these hidden costs should be clearer when booking.

Great venue-under the railway arches, very loft-like and airy, even though the trains made a racket being directly above...
Paula was good with colour, especially bleach, not many salons are...I knocked off a star as there was a bit of awkwardness over the cost of a toner- Treatwell said one price, the salon another- made it a little uncomfortable, but still would recommend this place.
