My appointment was initially with a different hairdresser and cancelled last minute. An hour later I got another person cut my hair. He was friendly and did a great job.

The venue is really cool and welcoming. Be aware when booking colour treatments via Treatwell that there are a lot of extra costs when you get to the salon. I paid in full for my treatment on Treatwell but had to pay an additional £50 at the venue for toner and Olaplex.
If you want your hair blow dryer that is another £30.
The balayage itself looks natural and professional although it’s not similar to what I asked for at all and I will have to visit another salon to get the result I had asked for. I don’t feel that the consultation was done thoroughly enough and that the stylist did her own thing rather than what I requested. I won’t return.
