I had booked an appointment for highlights and paid £125 in advance for the service. Mattia, the stylist who took care of my hair, did a wonderful job on my hair. He was very skilled, friendly and made me have such a good time. However, as I went to check out I was charged £93 on top of what I already paid (£30 for the toner and £63 for cut and blow dry by another stylist), which I found a bit overpriced. Just make sure you book additional services separately when not included in your purchase.
