The venue is really cool and welcoming. Be aware when booking colour treatments via Treatwell that there are a lot of extra costs when you get to the salon. I paid in full for my treatment on Treatwell but had to pay an additional £50 at the venue for toner and Olaplex.
If you want your hair blow dryer that is another £30.
The balayage itself looks natural and professional although it’s not similar to what I asked for at all and I will have to visit another salon to get the result I had asked for. I don’t feel that the consultation was done thoroughly enough and that the stylist did her own thing rather than what I requested. I won’t return.

Booked late the day before, Mar had some great reviews so I chose her. Lovely. Really listened to what I wanted. Gorgeous long layered cut which is exactly what I wanted. My hair is wavy so it was great to have someone who knows how to cut curls/wave. Brilliant blow dry. I'll be back. Thank you.

I went in for an hour blow dry (it took an hour and a half) and had called ahead to inform them I had extensions and was told this wouldn’t be an issue. I was asked what I wanted and as it was my birthday I asked for a bouncy blow dry. The first 20 mins of styling was done with cold air and my hair wasn’t curling. I’ve had plenty of blow drys and explained that my hair holds. It took an hour and a half and I’ve left with a blow dry where my curls are squared and the top half of my head has no volume. I left upset as I had no time to explain it’s not up to scratch. Next time I’ll make the extra miles and go to Hersheons who never let me down - really disappointed and will be calling the salon for a refund.
