Annabel did a really great job on the balayage, and I really love the result. However, online it said balayage would be £87.50 and that’s what I booked but when I got to the till they tried to charge me £175. It seems everything is extra at this salon, including £57 for a haircut which for me is just a 5 min trim of the ends, and every other salon I’ve been to included that in the price of the colour. Toner and blow dry were also extra which was not explained to me. I won’t be returning because this is way way beyond my budget and obviously you can’t return a haircut so now I am stuck with the cost. I would only recommend this salon if you are very careful to agree in advance exactly what services you’re getting and what you’re paying for so you don’t end up with a £90 hole in your pocket like me.

Had a haircut with Ludovic. I was a first customer in the morning, however my appointment was 10min delayed, it didn't upset me as I was not in a rush. Ludovic's hair massage was amazing! Could go just for that. As it was my first visit I went for a simple haircut, didn't want to experiment. It met my expectations and blowdry was beautiful.
