The reception was friendly. T was nice to being offered a coffee but when it did arrive it was cold. The hairwash was painful because the lady would put all her weight onto the sink which drilled into the shoulders. The hairdresser was very friendly and listened carefully to me and what I wanted. During the haircut her communication level was perfect. Unfortunately the haircut didn't meet my expectation but she did make some changes but of course this changed the cut a bit.

Unfortunately, I have to rate this booking / appointment as very poor. Upon arrival there appeared to be difficulty in finding my appointment, and after my initial consultation and very rushed hair wash, I was then made to wait for half an hour with wet hair. Perhaps there had been a double booking? Either way, the resulting hair cut I do not feel was given the care it deserved...a rushed job, with no attention paid to ensure the ends matches etc. The hairdresser seemed more interested in conversing with other clients as they walked in, and taking photos for his instagram profile. Sadly I was very disappointed and makes me question whether or not I shall return.
