The hairdresser was lovely, I had a nice chat with her. Head massage was amazing! However it was clear she wasn’t very experienced with very curly hair like mine, she cut it as if it was straight but it needs treating differently.

When I entered the building , I felt at ease immediately. It’s my 2nd time in a hairdresser in about 5 yrs , so I was a bit nervous before I stepped in . Can I say , from start to finish , including washing and massaging , it was fantastic. Not once did I feel out of place and the atmosphere was relaxed. Not the hairdresser I’m sure . Thank you very much
