Initial impression wasn’t amazing as the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. Hairdresser was lovely, cut was good and at a decent discounted price. Ambience was average as the trains were so loud and frequent but a given considering the location.

I wish there was a zero rating for this!
I booked in for highlights in preparation for a wedding but the treatment didn’t go as planned. My hair is effectively now darker than it was before, and the highlights I did have were pretty much destroyed by the hairdresser. My usual hairdresser doesn’t even use toner and I have no idea why this one did!
So all the blonde highlights I did have, have disappeared. And my roots are still brown :(
The woman was really nice, so I found it impossible to say anything in person.
Money and time down the drain - and my hair is now like brown hay :/ Totally drab!!
What was supposed to be a morning of pampering turned into a stressful day and a literally sleepless night - all I can think about is how to get my old hair back!
