I booked a package half head of highlights and cut and blow dry. Really pleased with the results, the only slight annoyance was being charged an additional £30 for a toner which wasn't included.

My hair was dried for too long before styling which meant that the finish of my blow dry was frizzy, dry and messy. Although the brief was to keep it smooth - it was far from it.
Much more care could have been taken. The lady was lovely but my hair looked like I had done a quick 10 min job on it myself. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately :(
