Romona was amazing. Made me feel very comfortable.
However, 3 staff members where speaking rudely about Trans people, how they look and a customer who previously came in. Very disrespectful.

Easy access by train, friendly staff.
Treatment took quite afew hours.
I did not get the colour scheme I wanted as the hairdresser felt it would not be as effective and proceeded with her choice of colours. I was not 100% satisfied with the overall result, I didn't say anything as I had my graduation to sort out and I did not want to offend.
