Amazing experience as always. Appreciated Paula doing a full head of colour instead of the root tint I booked, noticing that the colour on my hair from my previous stylist may risk not blending in well with new colour on my roots. Looking forward to my next appointment!

My service was scheduled to last 2 hours, & included the word 'luxury' in the title. It was also pretty expensive. Yet I was done in little over an hour. Paula chided me for having too frequent Olaplex treatments, after which there was little communication. At the end she said something like, "I'm sorry these braids aren't as good as you're used to." I mean - what an exit line! And the salon was seriously unclean between the units and wall, with clumps of hair and discarded foils. Yuck!
