I booked with Lalo but I was given a random stylist, which was disappointing (he was there?) I've had brazilian blow dries for years, but this was painfully itchy. Left for 45 mins with no magazines or anyone checking in - rude. Stylist gave me the roughest blow dry EVER, when I left the salon I had a scratch on my forehead! Think his name was Callum? Can't be sure. Very, very disappointing - especially considering I paid almost £100!!!

Great highlights, think the fact you need to add toner as a separate treatment on treatwell to your booking should be clearer otherwise it's an additional £20 at venue
