Really pleased with my highlights, applied close to the root and tightly packed in. Also they take their time with your hair - the appointment time said 1 hr 45 mins but I was in there for 3 hours (I do have thick hair though). Only annoying thing is it’s an extra £30 if you need a toner which is a lot compared to most other salons
