This was my third visit to Live True Clapham, and though I’ve had great haircuts each time I’ve had to wait an extra 30 minutes every time despite booking in for a certain time. There was also an issue this time around with the branch not booking in my Treatwell appointment and telling me to come back the next day. A real shame as the quality of the hairdressing is great, but the disorganisation really lets the branch down.
