Hugely disappointed with the result and experience. Live true has really gone downhill. This was my local salon and for a couple years have been happy until now. Just whilst I was having my own hair done 2 people came in for correction appointments.
The lady added on £150 of extra colouring and services that weren’t clear and I didn’t actually want. When I explained I wasn’t happy and why, she became defensive and irritated rather that offer a constructive solution.

I always love my hair when I have it done at Livetrue Clapham . The stylists are exceptionally professional and friendly. A special shout out to Keenan who has so much talent and is always patient especially to my son Se who accompanies me there from time to time
