Was seen straightaway and had a really good conversation with my stylist Steph about what I wanted. She was professional and friendly and did a brilliant job with my cut. I walked out after my treatment feeling great. Will be back!

This place looks and sounds great but ultimately I spent 4 hours there and nearly £200 and didn’t end up with what I wanted which is quite frustrating and disappointing. No real engagement with the look I wanted to end up with. Would recommended stylists spend more time discussing with clients and making sure the stylist knows exactly what the client wants esp if you’re going here for balayage - if you need to ask the client for pictures then do.
