Natalie absolutely transformed my hair. It looks the best it has ever looked. I love this salon and I am glad I had found my new go to in London. I cannot wait to return. The team were so patient friendly and lovely with me even when I changed what I wanted and over ran they only wanted to accommodate me and for me to be happy. Above and beyond customer service.

That was a lost of 150£ as I showed a balayage that I had done before and after 3 hours my hair looked totally the same. I explicitly said I want them brighter and I showed a picture (i was aware that what I asked was doable as I have done it before). Also, the toner which costs 30£ it should be explicitly mentioned in the booking that is not included.
Totally disappointed.
