Paula could not have gotten it more right with my hair! She was so attentive and wanted to get it exactly as I wanted it! After 4 years of avoiding professional cuts due to a bad experience I am happier with my hair than I have ever been! She got it absolutely perfect and I will definitely be coming back as soon as it needs a trim! Lots of compliments in the office on the cut and the lovely styling she did at the end! Thank you so, so much Paula! All the other staff at live true were also so unbelievably welcoming and polite, I was made a cup of tea and my coat taken and hung up for me. A really wonderful salon I could not recommend more! Several of my colleagues also get their hair done at Live True and I now know why!

This was my first visit to Live True London. I really enjoyed the experience. The receptionist was lovely and friendly, and Keenan was excellent. He asked about how I liked my hair, and the cut was exactly how I wanted it :)
Keenan was really friendly, lovely, and put me at ease. He has a real passion for hair, and it showed. I'll definitely be coming back! :)
