Had an appointment booked for 1:00pm and needed to promptly leave at 2:00pm. Was left stood on the pavement until 1:30pm with nobody letting me know when I should expect to go in. This was notably bad customer service as there were a number of staff stood chatting for the duration in the salon window. Subsequently had a very rushed haircut and blow dry (trim done with an electric razor). For £52 will be returning to headmasters for the same cost but a much better experience.
