This is the second balayage I’ve had with Live True. The first was incredible, great colour, regrowth and cut, hence my return. However this was a completely different experience. I requested a certain experienced colourist after my normal colourist (the one who first coloured my hair) wasn’t available. However it was only until after my disappointing 2nd trip I realised that they had changed my colourist for somebody completely different without informing me. Needless to add the balayage has been disappointing. They used foils when I requested a soft look, and I’ve got white blonde stripes near my roots- certainly not the look I was going for! My hair also feels very processed and frizzy, despite me having an olaplex treatment. The colourist has realised his error and was very apologetic. Live True have offered to correct it for me, which I’m pleased about, but it doesn’t take away the time and energy invested in this process (5 hours!!). I hope that they can fix the solution, this will be the true test of their talents.
