I think Lalo did listen to me about what I wanted, but in the end the result wasn't really to my liking. I have very full hair so blunt cuts make it look heavy. More importantly, he blow dried my hair while keeping the nozzle resting on the round brush (applying het directly), then used a straightener to make my hair super straight (again, direct heat), and then curled it with the same straightener, and not a drop of heat protecting spray was applied to my hair. My hair feels dry now:/

I had Charles - he was attentive and listened when I said I was nervous about colouring my hair again after a bad experience. He knew what suited my complexion and I absolutely love the colour. He was chatty and gave me loads of tips for aftercare (without forcing any products/extra costs on me). Don’t often feel confident getting my hair done but I’m really happy with this, great experience will definitely go back.
