Paula is an absolute dream come true! I had such a bad experience at another salon that left me with fried/damaged hair, and Paula worked her magic to fix it all. She’s super talented and such a nice person overall. She listens really well and always gives her candid opinion about what is/isn’t realistic. Best hairdresser of all time!! :) Salon is a little loud with the trains running overhead, but the staff are super nice, offering drinks and being very welcoming.
