This is the second time I've had my hair cut here and both times have had a thoroughly professional experience. My hairdresser Lalo is excellent: he manages to tame and bring definition to my extra thick wild mane which very few hairdressers have managed, and he is also a really nice guy to boot. This second haircut was a post-lockdown one and I felt the staff had managed to achieve safe hairdressing without losing the personal touch.

Had an appointment booked for 1:00pm and needed to promptly leave at 2:00pm. Was left stood on the pavement until 1:30pm with nobody letting me know when I should expect to go in. This was notably bad customer service as there were a number of staff stood chatting for the duration in the salon window.
Subsequently had a very rushed haircut and blow dry (trim done with an electric razor). For £52 will be returning to headmasters for the same cost but a much better experience.
