I paid for a full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry by a senior stylist.I am happy with the colour. I have a lot of hair and it does take some time to get through but I have had it done many times before in a lot less time. It was clear the stylist ran out of time before the next client. The haircut was done after drying it and took about 5 minutes , I didn’t get an option of what style of blow dry, it was just poker straight after the cut. I expected a proper amount of time taken on the cut and blow dry and didn’t get it.

Horrific experience- AVOID THIS SALON. 25 min wait (bad during Covid) and terrible cut. Mickey cut a huge chunk out at the front, 5" shorter than the rest of my hair. Instead of admitting her mistake, she said it was because my 'hair was thinner on one side but no one would notice the chunk apart from me.' I left in tears & when I came back an hr later for a refund, no one even apologised- just told me to email cust service (no reply). I now have to pay for all my hair to be cut off to match it.

What can I say! I don't usually do reviews but I had to! Edda is amazing!!! she firstly told me straight, which I love!! A hair dresser who is honest is what you want! the colour, cut, everything is perfect!! I haven't left a hair dressers this happy in years! I'm guessing due to covid and everything opening up she was behind time, but she was so apologetic and never rushed with me! the wait didn't bother me, as I know how busy they all were to! I'll definitely be returning soon! thank you :) x
