Just had a haircut with Veronica this afternoon and was really happy with the outcome! She made sure to understand what I wanted, executed this and was really welcoming too.

I tried switching from my normal barber to come in for a men's haircut and am sad to say I didn't have a great experience.
My cut started 15 minutes late as the hairdresser was still colouring somebody else's hair. Several times during the cut the hairdresser left me for 5-10 minutes to go and carry on doing the other customers hair.
There was also no cleaning or sanitising of stations or equipment between customers that I could see which also made me feel a little uneasy.

Lovely salon, however I find £52 pretty steep for the junior stylists. Service was a little clumsy and have received better cuts elsewhere for the same or a lower price
